Green Kale
Early 1800's heirloom variety!
Most tender and sweet in the fall/winter. This Italian heirloom is popular in Tuscany and central Italy for making fabulous soups and stews. Heavily savoyed leaves and very flavourful.

Arugula
So tender and mild
Tender, almost nutty flavour. Perfect for salads, or add some pizazz to a sandwich or even on pizza!

Collard Greens
Big beautiful leaves!
We are trying a mix of two different varieties this year: our usual Top Bunch in addition to an heirloom variety called Creole.
These are typically enjoyed fried for a southern-style treat!

Red Mizuna
Mild flavour!
Small red leaves without the characteristic spiciness of most mustards. Ideal in salads or sandwiches. Expect a few holes, as this crop is grown without pesticides.

Carrots
Fresh fall crop!
Sweet and crunchy Nantes type carrots!
* Will come packed in a certified compostable produce bag with most of the greens clipped off to prevent moisture loss.
