Green Kale
Early 1800's heirloom variety!
Most tender and sweet in the fall/winter. This Italian heirloom is popular in Tuscany and central Italy for making fabulous soups and stews. Heavily savoyed leaves and very flavourful.

Arugula
So tender and mild
Tender, almost nutty flavour. Perfect for salads, or add some pizazz to a sandwich or even on pizza!

Pac Choi
Fresh fall crop!
The rich flavour and crisp juicy stalks are perfect for the wok, grill or in salads.

Stir Fry Pack
Stir fry one and done!
All the veggies for a stir fry in one convenient package.
The pack is great for two people and includes:

Collard Greens

We are trying a mix of two different varieties this year: our usual Top Bunch in addition to an heirloom variety called Creole.
These are typically enjoyed fried for a southern-style treat!

Red Mizuna
Mild flavour!
Small red leaves without the characteristic spiciness of most mustards. Ideal in salads or sandwiches. Expect a few holes, as this crop is grown without pesticides.
